Jamie Preston
Jamie is a solo guitarist and singer who enjoys nothing more than to engage and entertain a crowd. Jamie performs songs from a variety of genres with a specialty in country music. Some of his musical influences consist of Keith Urban, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Chris Stapleton, The Beatles, Bill Withers, John Mayer as well as Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars. In 2018, Jamie was a finalist in the Maton Guitars Rising Stars competition. Jamie was also the youngest busking finalist at the 2020 Toyota Busking Championships at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, as well as a Top 3 finalist in the 2020 Coca Cola Battle of The Young Stars competition. Jamie’s duet video was chosen by Keith Urban and featured on Keith’s Tik Tok social media page. He has won several talent quests and performs at venues all around NSW and ACT, often as a special guest artist for a variety of country music clubs. Jamie’s undeniable passion for music shines through in every performance.
