Singing professionally for 30 years and having won many talent contests, Cile (Sharon) has a gutsy voice, great stage presence and an ability to write great songs and deliver them with style. She has graced the stage with the likes of Kate Ceberano, filled in for artists in the original Australian Blues Bros Show and fronted bands with Nite train, Fuzzy Logic and Show band, Now & Then (women of rock). Cile (Sharon) formed Random Harvest with various musos playing rock covers. She then met and jammed with singer/guitarist, Will Newton & pulled in drummer Rick Brown, finally taking this new-formed band on tour as Harvest. They performed countless gigs at Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL, Balmain Tigers, Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club & other well known clubs & pubs.

No stranger to the English music scene, Will a child prodigy on guitar, started playing semi-pro whilst still at school. Will soon moved towards blues/rock during its upsurgeance in the cradle of the genre around Newcastle-upon-Tyne in England’s Industrial North, amongst bands such as the Animals, Free and Bad Company, receiving highest accolades from the British Music Press in Melody Maker and Beat Instrument, all by the age of nineteen. He is a versatile and soulful singer with an enormous range and a penchant for harmonies, well known and respected in the British music scene and fast becoming connected within the local industry.
After touring extensively through Germany, Holland, France and throughout the British Isles with B.B. Faith, Charity Jones and Beckett, Will teamed up with Lindisfarne’s guitarist Charlie Harcourt, playing mainly around the North of England, as Harcourt’s Heroes. Will’s next offer came from Terry Wilson-Slesser, lead vocalist with Back Street Crawler, to replace guitar legend, Paul Kosoff upon his untimely death. Will worked with Terry for several years including playing benefits to boost youth awareness of drug problems. Then, ready for a change, he left the band on good terms to move to OZ.


click BRAD MINARD – Bass Guitar - Lead & Backing Vocals
First started gigging in the 70’s as a bass playing lead vocalist before joining original band; Beam Me Up Spock on lead vocals, winning the coveted 2JJJ band of the week award and achieving some independent chart success. In the early 80’s Brad filled in on bass with Dave Warner & The Suburban Boys before taking the lead vocal role with popular 60’s covers band Something Else. Brad picked up the bass and lead vocals during the mid 80’s with original/covers outfit Situation Red, touring and recording extensively around Oz for 4 years. This band morphed into harmony rock covers band Easy Money where Brad first met up with Will Newton. The 90’s saw Brad writing and recording with Satori and Hounds of Love with some chart success and a national song contest award. Most recently Brad has fronted 9 piece show band The K-Tels before again joining forces with Will Newton in Stone Cold Sober.


source RICK BROWN – Drums & backing Vocals
Having studied percussion at Drum City-Chippendale, Rick has performed far & wide in original and cover bands, playing rock, blues and country in various settings and on the Christian music scene. Travelled to Melbourne with Hounds of Love who was invited to play at the Melbourne Music Festival in 1996. From this band Rick teamed up with Will Newton to play with Harvest featuring Cile (Sharon). Also worked with Crofts Town Traffic a blues band featuring vocalist/guitarist, Christina Crofts of Black Cat Moan, Bombers & Party Boys, working successfully on the blues scene for several years and featuring at the Australian Blues Music Festival (Goulburn) & the Leisure Coast Blues Festival (Wollongong) in 1997. Other bands played in include: Silverthreads, Touchy Subjects, Corporate Image, Fleet Nise (Fleetwood Mac Show) and Face to Face.
